Ed Herman

Ed joined Common Purpose as a Senior Co-ordinator in December 2003. Since then he has co-ordinated on the Navigator course in Dublin, Bradford and Leicester and London, the Open Ground gathering in Belfast and was the Course Manager for 20:20 in 2004 and 2005. Moving on to Common Purpose's Marketing team, Ed worked on internal communication, press and PR and marketing strategy. Ed was also the Project Director responsible for the development of Common Purpose's first modular leadership course (Meridian) and international events (Quests).

Appointed Marketing, Curriculum and Training Director in January 2011, Ed is now responsible for managing these three teams and leads on marketing strategy and implementation, product design, internal and external communications, websites, PR, alumni strategy, reputation management and internal training and development.

Ed is also a member of the Board of National Officers (Trustees) of Liberal Judaism.

Ed lives in London with his wife and their small dog, both of whom would say he spends too much time (and money) on an institution known as Arsenal Football Club.
