'It is with great sadness I report that Common Purpose in the Netherlands has closed down. In the current climate in the Netherlands, the open courses have struggled to cover costs.   The Netherlands team have worked very hard over the years for Common Purpose and we are all very grateful for their work. They can be contacted through Common Purpose centrally (netherlandsteam@commonpurpose.org) if you want to send any general or personal messages.

Dutch alumni of Common Purpose courses will, I hope, continue to stay in touch with Common Purpose internationally. Common Purpose France opened in Lille, in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, in 2007 - the first course ran in 2008.

Lille has also hosted several Common Purpose Quest workshops, welcoming participants from different locations in Europe.
