Common Purpose South Africa launched its first programme in 2000, running educational programmes for those who want to improve the place in which they live and work, by exposing them to different people and different environments. As a result, they become better leaders.

In Johannesburg we currently run the following programmes:

Meridian is a personalised development programme for people in senior leadership positions. Participants explore and work through real-life challenges from business, the public and voluntary sector. The fee for Meridian is R19, 500.00 + VAT.

International Navigator is a unique international leadership programme devised to broaden the horizons and perspectives of young, bright professionals who are tipped as people to watch in their organisations. The fee for International Navigator is R17, 000.00 excluding VAT.

Bursaries are available for Meridian and International Navigator. Ability to pay is not one of the application criteria and each programme maintains a bursary fund to cover the costs of those who are genuinely unable to meet the full fee. However, every participant is asked to make a contribution.
