Common Purpose launched its first programme in Ghana in Accra in 2008.
In Ghana, we run Meridian, a personalised leadership development programme for people in senior leadership capacities. Participants explore and work through real-life challenges from business, the public and voluntary sector in Accra. Each participant can choose from a wide range of flexible learning modules, all created and run by Common Purpose staff, to make up a minimum of 60 hours (maximum of 90 hours).
The full fee for Meridian is GH 2000 Cedis. Bursaries are available. Ability to pay is not one of the application criteria and each programme maintains a bursary fund to cover the costs of those who are genuinely unable to meet the full fee. However, every participant is asked to make a contribution.
